Tramshed Tech Limited is seeking a Ventures Manager to lead delivery of founder programmes and support, shaping strategy with the Head of Ventures and Business Services. You will build partnerships with founders, investors and funders across Wales, the UK and beyond.

You will manage budgets, forecasting and funder reporting, line-manage Ventures Coordinators, and represent Tramshed Ventures at ecosystem events. This role is based in Cardiff with travel as needed.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering startup or business support programmes.
• Financial experience: budgets, forecasting, and grant or funder reporting.
• Experience coordinating mentors, experts or contributor networks.
• A strategic thinker who can turn delivery insight into recommendations.
• Experience managing or mentoring others.
• A real interest in tech startups and commercialisation.
• Understanding the UK investment landscape, including grants, angel, venture and public funding routes.
• Understanding the tech sector and challenges facing tech founders.
• Experience managing a portfolio of founders or client relationships.
• Familiarity with tech and AI tools, and an interest in how they can improve productivity, programme delivery and support founders.

Responsabilidades

• Strategy and growth: support strategy, identify opportunities, build ecosystem partnerships.
• Programmes and founders: lead delivery across Ventures programmes, manage founder onboarding and ensure value.
• Investment Readiness: support investment readiness and connect founders with investors and funders.
• Network and ecosystem: manage network of founders, mentors, investors and partners; represent Tramshed Ventures.
• Finance, reporting and governance: manage budgets, forecasts and reporting to funders; work with finance on claims and cost tracking.
• People: line-manage Ventures Coordinator(s).
• WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE: programmes delivered on time, founders engaged, investment progress, and growing partnerships.
