Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to supervise operatives and craftspersons under their control.
• Deploy supervisory staff to maximise productivity and on-site batch production.
• Decide methods for operations and instruct others accordingly.
• Maintain site contract control procedures and safety standards.
• Coordinate with main contractor and sub-contractors; monitor progress and quality.
• Record hours and progress; forecast labour requirements and communicate delays.
