Job summary

Skilled Careers is seeking a senior Ventilation Package Manager for a major Central London commercial development. The role requires hands-on ownership of ventilation and ductwork packages, working with two engineers within the project team.

You will coordinate multiple ductwork contractors, ensure progress against programme, and maintain QA/QC, fire and smoke compliance, while coordinating with other M&E disciplines to meet project milestones.

Qualifications

• Senior level with ownership of ventilation/ductwork packages.
• Experience managing multiple ductwork contractors.
• Strong QA/QC, fire and smoke compliance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of ventilation and ductwork packages.
• Coordinate and lead two engineers within the project team.
• Manage multiple ductwork contractors to meet programme milestones.
• Monitor progress, QA/QC, and compliance with specifications.
• Oversee fire/smoke compliance and coordination with other M&E disciplines.
• Review drawings, RAMS, and technical submissions; resolve issues.
• Manage snagging, tests, commissioning, and handover readiness.
• Attend coordination, progress and technical meetings; liaise with main contractor.
