Cardo Group is seeking an Experienced Ventilation Fitter to join our team. You will install, maintain and repair ventilation systems across construction sites, ensuring efficient operation and high air quality.

You will lead small installation teams, interpret schematics, and collaborate with construction teams to integrate systems within building frameworks while upholding strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation systems.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints and technical manuals.
• Proven leadership skills with supervised or mentored teammates.
• Hands-on repair, maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and fit ventilation systems according to detailed schematics and technical drawings
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues with ventilation equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Repair and replace faulty components in air conditioning units and ventilation machinery
• Lead small teams during installation projects, providing guidance and ensuring safety compliance
• Interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to accurately execute installation tasks
• Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate the integration of ventilation systems into building frameworks
• Perform inspections of installed systems, identifying potential issues early and implementing corrective actions
