Job summary

Qualifications

• At least six months care experience in a clinical or home care setting.
• Competency in caring for a ventilated patient with a tracheostomy.
• Personal qualities: flexible, adaptable, confident to work without supervision and calm under pressure.
• Commitment to a flexible approach to meet service needs.
• Right to work in the UK for at least eight months, without sponsorship requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide full personal care and daily living support.
• Support with appointments, medication management, and activities of daily living.
• Help with communications and maintaining relationships with family.
