Job summary

BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a Master Data Specialist - Vendors to join our finance team from the Hemel Hempstead office. You will be responsible for accurate creation, maintenance and governance of supplier master data within SAP/Jaggaer and associated systems, ensuring data quality and compliance across the business.

The role collaborates with Procurement, Finance, Commercial, Operations and IT to support onboarding and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Strong data governance and governance controls.
Experience with vendor master data and related compliance.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Responsibilities

Set up new vendor accounts within SAP/Jaggaer/COINS/Rental Results in line with policies and SLAs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers for onboarding.
Review and maintain vendor master data for completeness and compliance.
Act as custodian of vendor master data with governance over data changes.
Generate management information, reports and KPI metrics on data quality and performance.
Maintain and update master data procedures and governance controls.
Support vendor onboarding improvements to boost efficiency and customer experience.
Provide training to users on vendor onboarding and master data processes.
Liaise with external data providers to ensure data accuracy.
Assist in process improvements and system enhancements.
