Job summary

BAM UK and Ireland is recruiting a Finance Systems Analyst to join our finance team from the Hemel Hempstead office. You will review, diagnose and resolve SAP FI/CO, PS, MM, SD, and workflow issues, while helping maintain master data and security.

You will work closely with the team, mentor colleagues on complex issues, and contribute to the delivery of projects across the SAP ecosystem. Regular travel between locations may be required, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and user

Qualifications

• Understanding & Hands-on experience with SAP modules FI/CO, PS, MM, SD, Workflow and interfaces with 3rd party apps to SAP.
• Knowledge of S/4 Hana to help deliver our future roadmap.
• Knowledge of Change/Incident Management process ideally using SAP Solution Manager ChaRM.
• Excellent written and oral communication to ‘non-experts’.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Well organized with clear process and documentation for delivering change.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze and prioritise Helpdesk calls for 2nd/3rd line support.
• Mentor and assist junior staff on complex issues.
• Keep processes and documentation up to date.
• Produce and maintain detailed work plans for full project lifecycle.
• Analyze issues to identify themes and improvements with SAP standard.
• Assist user admin, master data and PSC changes.
• Support delivery of project initiatives with defined methodology.
• Provide training and share SAP expertise with users.
• Liaise with Royal BAM Group partners (Netherlands).
• Stay updated on industry processes and system developments.
• Manage SAP Security & Authorizations for BAM UK&I.
• Undertake SAP & Financial System audits.
