Job summary

Exclusive Networks is seeking a Vendor Marketing Specialist to coordinate and deliver vendor marketing activity across the UK and Ireland. You will convert plans into well-executed campaigns across digital and physical channels, keep data accurate and support clear performance reporting.

Working with the Vendor Marketing Manager and external partners, you will drive campaigns, content, MDF administration, and campaign logistics for events, ensuring timely delivery and measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns across UK&I.
• Experience supporting vendor, channel or partner marketing programmes.
• Strong organisation of campaigns, deadlines and stakeholders.
• Collaboration with internal marketing, sales, vendors and external suppliers.
• Maintaining accurate marketing data and admin tasks.
• Experience with webinars or physical events.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage marketing campaigns across digital, webinars, social media and email.
• Collaborate with vendors and marketing teams to create campaign content and promo materials.
• Coordinate with external vendors to support campaign execution.
• Coordinate updates to vendor programmes, including websites/microsites.
• Coordinate MDF requests and claims.
• Maintain marketing data and data cleansing.
• Track and report campaign metrics: ROI, engagement, conversions.
• Coordinate logistics for physical events and vendors.
