Reporting to the Head of Global Strategic Vendor Management, you will oversee enterprise vendors, manage risk, and deliver governance and productivity across functions.

Aufgaben

• Own and lead Relationship Management and Communication.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Global Strategic vendors to achieve mutually beneficial goals and build trust.
• Drive joint business planning sessions, Executive Service reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Chair periodic Executive Strategic product and change management reviews, fostering a culture of partnership and mutual growth.
• Facilitate effective communication and problem-solving between the business and Strategic Vendors.
• Drive negotiations of legal documentation, contracts and commercials with procurement and legal.
• Support procurement and structure clear vendor agreements to ensure aligned roles and responsibilities.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for product lines and report on performance.
