The AA is seeking a senior vendor management professional to shape how vendor management operates across a large organisation. You will establish and develop a central framework, bringing consistency, transparency and control across the full vendor lifecycle with strategic vendors supported by executive sponsorship.

You'll provide senior stakeholders with clear visibility of vendor performance and risk while driving continuous improvements in governance, reporting and supplier management across

Formación

• Experience in vendor management within a large, complex organisation.
• Ability to oversee a portfolio of strategic or critical vendors.
• Understanding end-to-end vendor lifecycle, governance and risk.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and evolve the central vendor management framework with standards and controls.
• Provide portfolio level oversight of strategic and high-risk vendors including KPIs and SLAs.
• Ensure governance, reporting and risk mitigation actions are driven to closure.
• Oversee contract milestones, renewals and obligations with Procurement and other teams.
• Produce vendor MI and dashboards to inform senior stakeholders.
