Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine manufacturer-scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance
• Perform official warranty repairs and recall updates
• Use dealer diagnostic software to trace and resolve faults
• Document reports on digital job cards and liaise with service advisors
• Maintain clean, safe working areas and follow health and safety rules

• Conduct routine manufacturer-scheduled servicing, preventative maintenance, and detailed vehicle health checks (VHC)
• Complete official warranty repairs, recall updates, and mechanical teardowns to strict brand guidelines
• Utilize official dealer diagnostic software to systematically trace and resolve engine, electrical, and software faults
• Document accurate technical reports on digital job cards and interface with service advisors regarding repair timelines
• Maintain clean working areas and enforce health and safety regulations at all times

Candidate Profile

• Background: Proven track record in a dealership or fast-paced workshop setting focused on efficient repair delivery
• Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent time-served credential)
• MOT Status: Active MOT Tester accreditation is a strong asset for starting pay, but not essential to apply
• Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence
