Job summary

Big Motoring World Group in Warrington is seeking a Vehicle Inspector and Valuer to negotiate valuations for customer vehicles. The role requires strong customer service skills and a full UK driving licence.

Successful applicants will conduct vehicle appraisals, use valuation tools, and work closely with the sales team. Full in-house training will be provided for all necessary skills and software.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence (DVLA check required; no more than six penalty points or any disqualification).
• Basic mechanical knowledge.
• Understanding of car makes and models.
• Background in retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Resourceful, keen learner wanting to expand knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers.
• Learn about customers’ needs.
• Conduct a full vehicle condition appraisal.
• Use bespoke software and valuation tools to provide a valuation.
• Deliver the valuation in person.
• Agree a purchase or trade-in value.

Education

Full UK driving licence
