Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Motor Mechanic.
• Good all-round mechanical knowledge.
• Confident carrying out servicing and repairs.
• Experience with tyres, brakes and suspension (from context).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out servicing and routine maintenance.
• Completing general mechanical repairs.
• Diagnosing and rectifying vehicle faults.
• Carrying out brake and suspension work.
• Completing tyre fitting, balancing and related work where required.
• Undertaking vehicle inspections and safety checks.
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship.
• Supporting the wider workshop team.
