Hawk Hiring LTD is recruiting an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy independent workshop in Ellesmere Port. You will service, repair and diagnose a range of cars and light commercial vehicles, using diagnostic equipment and standard workshop tools.

We offer a structured environment with a well-equipped facility, MOT testing support, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend work; salary up to £36,000 depending on experience. Training and progression opportunities are available.

Formación

• Proven hands-on mechanical skills and diagnostic capability.
• Experience working in a busy independent garage setting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and safety standards.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Perform servicing and routine maintenance on vehicles.
• Carry out mechanical repairs across varied makes and models.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic tools.
• Replace clutch, brake, and suspension components as needed.
• Investigate faults with proper diagnostic equipment.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and identify additional work.
• Work with cars, vans and light commercial vehicles.
• Maintain high workmanship and safety standards.
