Job summary

Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification.
- Current valid MOT licence is advantageous but not essential.
- Must hold a valid UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs following manufacturer standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle components to assess wear, damage or replacements.
- Provide expert technical advice to customers with clear, professional communication.
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards to foster trust and repeat business.
- Collaborate with service reception and workshop control for a seamless workflow.
