Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd in Belfast is recruiting on behalf of a reputable employer in South Belfast for a Vehicle Technician role. The position offers career progression within a busy workshop environment and focuses on delivering high-quality servicing and repairs to customers.

The basic salary is up to £33,000 DOE with an OTE of up to £36,500 and 33 days of annual leave. Ongoing training and a dedicated career progression programme are provided.

Qualifications

• Qualified to at least NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, preferably within a Main Dealership environment.
• MOT licence is desirable but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Own tools required.
• Strong work ethic with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out servicing, repairs, and inspections on vehicles including cars and vans.
• Conducting fault diagnosis using diagnostic equipment to identify issues.
• Ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer and industry standards.
• Maintaining accurate job cards and service records as a Vehicle Technician.
• Working effectively within a team to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
