Job summary

Perfect Placement are representing a reputable main dealer in Coleraine, Londonderry, recruiting an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop. The role offers a competitive BASIC salary up to £36,500 DOE, plus a range of benefits and training opportunities.

You will service, diagnose, and repair cars and vans to manufacturer standards, hold NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, and have a full UK driving licence with own tools. MOT licence is desirable.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent.
• Experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally within a main dealership environment.
• Full UK driving licence; own tools required.
• MOT licence is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct servicing, repairs, and inspections on cars and vans.
• Perform fault diagnosis using diagnostic equipment.
• Complete work to manufacturer and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate job cards and service records.
• Work collaboratively within a team to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality output.
