Job summary

You would join a well-established UK independent franchised dealership group, working on a wide range of vehicles with a Level 3 qualification or Level 2 with 3 years’ workshop experience. Great salary, bonuses, overtime, and structured career progression await.

Location: Loughborough. Pay up to £36,500 basic per year, with an OTE up to £42,500 through time-saved bonuses and team incentives. Permanent full-time, 5 days a week with occasional weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Qualified to NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
• At least 3 years of practical experience working in a busy workshop environment (highly experienced Level 2 Technicians may be considered)
• Own tools suitable for day-to-day workshop servicing and repair duties

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work efficiently and accurately to manufacturer and franchise standards.
• Use advanced diagnostic equipment and workshop processes to identify and resolve complex vehicle faults.
• Carry out thorough electronic visual health checks to ensure customer vehicles are fully safe and roadworthy.
• Complete accurate service records, digital checklists, and repair documentation in line with company and manufacturer procedures.
• Replace parts, components, lubricants, and consumables cleanly and correctly first time.
• Work professionally with Service Advisors, workshop control, and colleagues to support customer satisfaction and workshop productivity.
