Job summary

Hawk Hiring seeks a Vehicle Technician/Improver in Royal Tunbridge Wells to perform routine servicing, brakes, suspension and general repairs alongside Master Technicians to learn advanced diagnostics.

The role requires 2–5 years hands-on garage experience, NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent, a full UK driving licence and basic tools. Attractive salary and bonus structure with a supportive, focused training track.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent time-served experience).
• 2–5 years of hands-on workshop experience.
• Full UK driving licence and basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing, brakes, suspension and general repairs.
• Work alongside Master Technicians to learn diagnostics and advanced fault-finding.
• Maintain a clean, safe and efficient workshop environment.
