Perfect Placement UK Ltd is working with a reputable Northallerton dealership to recruit an experienced Vehicle Technician. You will join a long-established team and benefit from career stability and ongoing development.

The role offers a competitive salary up to £38,000, with an OTE around £45,000 for service technicians, and a structured Monday to Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm; Friday 8:30am–4:00pm, with limited Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or equivalent in vehicle repair and maintenance
• Full UK driving licence
• Own set of tools suitable for Vehicle Technician duties
• Proven experience in vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and servicing
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and autonomously
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Responsibilities

• Repair and service customer vehicles to high standards
• Complete diagnostic checks efficiently
• Inspect vehicles for wear, tear, and faults
• Ensure work complies with DVSA standards
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
• Maintain accurate service records and adhere to company policies
