It is a full-time position with a 46.33-hour week, Monday to Friday, with clear opportunities for career progression. The candidate should have City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, a full UK driving licence, and ideally MOT testing qualifications.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair is required.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• MOT Tester qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle inspections, servicing, and repairs efficiently and accurately.
• Diagnose vehicle issues precisely and provide appropriate repair solutions in line with dealership standards.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate service records.
• Assist with MOT testing if qualified, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers regarding vehicle status and repairs.
• Contribute to a high standard of customer service and client satisfaction.
