Job summary

Drive Recruiting's client in Northampton is seeking a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role involves delivering high standards of technical service and maintenance for customers.

Candidates should have a valid driving license and NVQ Level 2 or 3 (City & Guilds or equivalent), with at least two years' post-apprentice experience; MOT qualification and main dealer experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years industry experience.
• Good technical knowledge servicing and diagnostics.
• Level 3 or level 2 NVQ or City and Guilds in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.

Responsibilities

• To deliver high standards of technical advice, service and maintenance to all our customers.
• Have a full valid driving licence, an NVQ Level 2 or 3, City & Guilds or equivalent.
• Have a minimum of 2 years post apprentice experience in this role. Ideally, you'll also have an MOT testing qualification and some main dealership experience.
