Job summary

Renault Group in Romford is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician and MOT Tester to join our modern, well-equipped workshop. With a Level 3 Motor Vehicle qualification and MOT licence, you will service, repair, diagnose, and test vehicles to manufacturer standards in a supportive team.

The role offers £39,000 per year, an uncapped bonus, overtime, a welcome £3,000 after probation, and benefits including a car scheme, generous leave, and pension.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing, repairs, maintenance and MOT testing.
• Complete diagnostic work and fault finding in line with manufacturer standards.
• Follow workshop processes and manufacturer guidelines.
• Road test vehicles where required.

How You’ll Contribute:

Working Hours & Pay:

• 42.5 hours per week.
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
• 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (8:30am–12:30pm), paid at time and a half.
• £39,000 pa.
