Job summary

ACS Automotive in Wirral is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their prestige main dealer workshop. You will service, diagnose and repair vehicles to high standards, communicating with the service reception and workshop control, while maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and adhering to manufacturer procedures.

This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive salary (£28-35k basic DOE + bonus) and standard hours (Mon-Fri 8:30am–5pm) with 1 in 3 Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Vehicle Technician in a main dealer or independent workshop.
• Strong communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out servicing, diagnosing and repairing of vehicles to excellent standards.
• Delivering high levels of customer service to build loyalty and referrals.
• Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
• Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
• Adhering to manufacturer procedures and processes.
• Being part of a team and bringing a high attention to detail.
• Providing your technical expert opinion to customers.
