Job summary

ACS Automotive Recruitment is assisting a prestige Motor Trade main dealer group in Wirral in their search for a Vehicle Technician. You will service, diagnose and repair vehicles to high standards, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.

The role is permanent, full-time, with hours Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm and a 1 in 3 Saturday rota. Applicants should have a Full UK driving licence and be able to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Vehicle Technician within a main dealer or independent.
• Strong communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out servicing, diagnosing and repairing of vehicles to excellent standards.
• Delivering exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
• Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
• Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
• Adhering to manufacturer procedures and processes.
• Being part of a team and bringing a high attention to detail.
• Providing your technical expert opinion to customers.
