The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary (£30,000–£45,000 DOE) and a monthly bonus, plus a work pattern Monday to Friday with some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Level 3 IMI/NVQ qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician within the motor trade.
• Strong diagnostic and fault‑finding skills are advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy workshop environment.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs to the highest standards.
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.
• Complete vehicle health checks and identify any additional work required.
• Work closely with Workshop Control and the Service Department to ensure an efficient workflow.
• Adhere to manufacturer procedures and workshop standards.
• Ensure all work is completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Deliver a high standard of workmanship and customer satisfaction at all times.
