Job summary

Vertu Ford Cheltenham is seeking a Vehicle Technician to perform pre-delivery inspections and maintain high quality workmanship on new and used vehicles. You will work to manufacturer guidelines, meet time frames, and aim for first-time fixes while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires a formal automotive qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3), current technician experience, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Formal automotive qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3).
• Current experience as a Vehicle Technician.
• MOT license preferred but not essential.
• Own set of tools.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new and used vehicles.
• Ensure PDIs are carried out to manufacturer guidelines and within time frames.
• Maintain high productivity with quality workmanship and first-time fixes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
