Additional Resources Ltd is seeking a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join our well-established dealership in the region. You will service, repair and diagnose vehicles, with opportunities to grow your technical skills in a modern workshop.

The role offers a basic salary of £35,000 - £40,000 with uncapped earning potential, plus a range of benefits. Working five days per week, weekends on a rota, and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair preferred.
• Excellent mechanical, electrical and diagnostic skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• MOT Tester licence desirable but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and identify additional work.
• Conduct MOT tests where qualified.
• Complete work safely, efficiently and to high standards while meeting targets.
• Maintain accurate records and deliver excellent customer satisfaction.
