Job summary

Hartwell are a leading UK retail motor group with over 100 years of trading. We seek a Service Technician for our Hereford dealership, representing BYD, Omoda/Jaecoo and Ford.

The ideal candidate is NVQ Level 3, MOT Tester, with at least two years’ franchise dealer experience and excellent customer service. You will report to the Service Manager and perform MOTs, servicing and repairs to high standards, diagnose faults, replace parts and keep the workshop safe and efficient.

Qualifications

• MOT testing and vehicle inspection skills.
• Strong customer service and communication.
• Ability to diagnose faults and plan repairs.
• Work effectively in a franchise dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Undertake MOT tests.
• Service and repair vehicles to high standards.
