RecruitmentJunky is sourcing a skilled Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester for a well-established Norwich main dealer group. You will service, repair and diagnose vehicles, with MOT testing included if qualified, and play a key role in delivering customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Qualified Vehicle Technician with manufacturer-specific training is required.
• MOT Tester certificate is a bonus but not essential.
• Solid diagnostic skills are essential for accurate fault identification.
• Good administrative accuracy and comfort with customer-facing interactions are important.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, repairs and diagnostics to a high standard on customer vehicles.
• Conduct MOT testing if qualified.
• Identify faults beyond the immediate job and recommend further work as needed.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction.
