Job summary

Perfect Placement are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a family-run franchised dealership in Northumberland. The role is suitable for experienced technicians or those progressing from apprenticeships, focusing on high standards of vehicle servicing and repair with strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Formal automotive qualification (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds)
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician
• Own a set of tools
• Full UK driving licence
• MOT licence desirable

Responsibilities

• Repair and service vehicles to manufacturer standards
• Conduct diagnostic checks to identify faults
• Inspect vehicles for wear and faults
• Complete work in accordance with DVSA regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication
• Carry out vehicle maintenance and repair as required
