Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd in Malvern is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their workshop team. The role offers a Monday-to-Friday pattern with no weekends and real opportunities for training and MOT licensing.

Basic salary is £32,000–£35,000 with a realistic OTE of £40,000. EV training and development prospects are available to support career progression within a reputable independent garage.

Qualifications

• Level 3 vehicle technician qualification preferred; Level 2 considered with strong experience.
• Experience in fast-fit centre, independent garage, or main dealer environment.
• Good knowledge of current vehicle technology and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle servicing and routine maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults accurately.
• Perform a range of repairs from standard servicing to larger mechanical jobs.
• Ensure work complies with manufacturer standards and quality expectations.
• Work efficiently within a fast-paced workshop environment.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship.
