Job summary

Hawk Hiring is seeking a Vehicle Technician in Wellingborough to join a friendly, close-knit team in a modern independent workshop. You will service, diagnose and repair a variety of makes and models as part of a supportive environment.

This role offers a Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm schedule with no weekends, a company pension and free onsite parking. Training and progression are available within an established local business.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent time-served experience.
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician in a dealership, independent garage or similar workshop.
• Good diagnostic and mechanical skills with pride in your work.
• Full UK driving licence and own tools.

About Us

We're an established, family‑run independent automotive business serving the Wellingborough community since 2018. The business is run by a brother-and-sister team and has built its reputation around honest, transparent service and traditional values, backed by decades of automotive experience.

You’ll be joining a small, experienced team of technicians in a friendly workshop where people know each other, support each other and take pride in their work. The team covers everything from servicing and MOTs to tyres, diagnostics and more specialist mechanical work, giving you plenty of opportunity to develop your skills.
