Job summary

Holdcroft Motor Group in Crewe is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join our team at the Chery & Hyundai site. You will service, maintain and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards using the latest tools and manufacturer-led training.

You will diagnose faults and work with the technical team to meet performance targets, while liaising with customers on technical issues. We offer a competitive salary and clear progression within a thriving organisation.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
• Experience working in a workshop environment.
• Confident in diagnostic and mechanical repair work.
• MOT Licence holder (preferred but not essential).
• Hold a valid UK driving licence.
• Able to work effectively towards both team and individual targets.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs to manufacturer standards
• Diagnose faults and complete accurate repair work efficiently
• Ensure all work is completed to a high level of quality and safety
• Liaise confidently with customers regarding technical issues when required
• Work collaboratively with the wider technical team to meet performance targets
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Follow all manufacturer and company procedures and guidelines
