Job summary

Logic 360 Ltd in Kingsnorth is seeking a Level 3 Vehicle Technician to join our workshop team. You will carry out servicing, tyre changes, road and ramp testing, and repairs to the highest standards under supervision.

The role is permanent with Monday–Friday shifts 06:30–16:30. A City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 and Full UK Driving Licence are essential. Salary is £16.59–£18.61 per hour (up to £46,093 per year).

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic
• Willing to support junior techs and offer expertise when needed
• You will be passionate to work within the motor industry and take pride in their work

Responsibilities

• Carry out general servicing of vehicles
• Undertake tyre changing duties for a variety of vehicles
• Undertake road and ramp testing and inspection as required
• Carry out repairs to restore vehicles to original condition
• Plan and organise time effectively to meet deadlines
• Assist with general workshop tasks as required
• Diagnose problems and perform electrical diagnosis when needed
• Deal with warranty repairs per manufacturer standards
• Complete all relevant documentation accurately and follow company procedures

Our client is a prominent leader in the field of automotive logistics and remarketing solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Level 3 Vehicle Technician to join our client's team. Within this role, you will be working as a part of an experienced workshop team, ensuring our vehicles are finished to the highest standard for our customers, under the support and guidance of the supervisor and Workshop Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general servicing of vehicles.
• Undertake general tyre changing duties for a variety of vehicles.
• Undertake road and ramp testing and inspection as and when required.
• Carry out all repairs in line with approved methods to restore the vehicle to its original condition.
• Plan and organise time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within set deadlines, achieving efficiency.
• Assist with general workshop tasks as and when required
• Diagnose problems on vehicles in the workshop and if needed undertake electrical diagnosis on vehicles
• Deal with warranty repairs in line with manufacturer standards
• Ensure all the relevant documentation is accurately completed and all company procedures are followed

Qualifications:

• IMI or City and Guilds on level 3 light vehicle repairs.
• Full UK/EU driving licence.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic
• Qualified to City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 (essential)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Willing to support junior techs and offer support/expertise when needed.
