Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out repairs and servicing to the highest standards and to the appropriate specification.
  • Use diagnostic equipment and a systematic approach to diagnose and rectify vehicle faults as instructed.
  • Ensure understanding of the latest technology introduced on the vehicle range and undertake relevant training.
  • Observe safe working practices at all times.
  • Adhere to manufacturer and dealer quality standards.
  • Liaise with colleagues and supervisors to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Complete relevant service documentation (electronic job sheets, PDI’s, service reports) according to brand standards, warranty, and site requirements.
  • Perform high-quality vehicle health checks and videos promptly.
  • Maintain workshop health & safety and housekeeping standards, including the use of tools.
  • Continue professional development through manufacturer training, including Hybrid and BEV technologies.
