Job summary

Lookers Wimbledon Volkswagen is recruiting a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic to join the workshop. You will carry out health checks, services and repairs, and perform road tests while ensuring paperwork is completed to high standards.

Applicants should be qualified Vehicle Technicians with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and hold a full UK driving licence. Brand accreditation training can be provided to support career progression.

Qualifications

• Qualified Vehicle Technician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle health checks using the latest technology.
• Perform vehicle services in line with manufacturer guidelines and customer requests.
• Carry out additional repairs as authorised by the customer.
• Complete warranty repairs per guidelines and accurate write-up.
• Take customers' vehicles for road tests to verify faults.
• Complete all relevant paperwork to a high standard.
