Job summary

Reactive Permanent Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a reputable dealership in Pontypridd, Wales for Vehicle Technicians/Mechanics. You will service and repair a range of vehicles, diagnose faults, and work to brand standards with ongoing training.

The role offers a salary of 32,000–38,000 per year with a £6,000 annual bonus, overtime at 1.5x, a pension, 22 days holidays, and additional benefits. Monday to Friday, 1 in 3 Saturdays.

Qualifications

Full UK manual driving licence (max 6 points).
Level 2 or 3 City & Guilds or NVQ in Motor Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
Main dealership experience is preferred but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

Carrying out maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a range of vehicles.
Diagnosing and resolving faults, in the workshop and on the road.
Using up-to-date tools and systems to achieve first-time fixes.
Working to brand and safety standards at all times.
Maximising productivity through efficient use of workshop systems.
Taking part in ongoing technical and brand-specific training.
