Job summary

Octane Recruitment is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician for a permanent full-time role in Cheltenham. You will perform servicing, diagnostics and repairs, ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety across the workshop.

The position requires Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (Level 2 for PDI), a full UK driving licence, and the right to work in the UK. Competitive salary with strong OTE and progression opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification required; Level 2 considered for PDI positions.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, warranty and vehicle repair work.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle faults.
• Complete mechanical, electrical and hydraulic repairs to required standards.
• Use diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Complete inspections and ensure vehicles meet required safety standards.
• Support other Vehicle Technicians with diagnostics and technical issues where appropriate.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, efficiency and Health & Safety.
