Job summary

Octane Recruitment is seeking experienced Vehicle Technicians for a busy main dealership in Cheltenham. Roles include Master, Diagnostic, Senior and PDI Technicians; you must hold a Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (Level 2 for PDI) and a Full UK Manual Driving Licence.

The position is permanent, full time, 45 hours per week on a rota including weekends. Salary ranges from £36,932 to £51,739 basic, with £40,000 to £56,000+ OTE, and benefits such as training, pension,

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (Level 2 for PDI Technicians).
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence required.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, warranty and vehicle repair work.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle faults.
• Complete mechanical, electrical and hydraulic repairs to required standards.
• Use diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Complete inspections and ensure vehicles meet required safety standards.
• Support other Vehicle Technicians with diagnostics and technical issues where appropriate.
