Job summary

Listers Lexus Bristol is hiring a Vehicle Technician to service, repair and diagnose vehicles to the highest standards. Expect workloads from routine servicing to complex electrical and mechanical repairs, including EV/Hybrid systems, with training provided to help you reach Lexus qualifications.

We offer industry-leading pay with OTE up to £48,000 plus benefits, plus a rota for Saturdays. A full UK driving licence and a customer-focused mindset are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Good electrical and mechanical knowledge with high workshop standards.
• Experience with EV/Hybrid vehicles is advantageous but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair and diagnose vehicles to high first-time accuracy.
• Carry out electrical and mechanical repairs including suspension, brakes and steering.
• Work on EV/Hybrid systems and use diagnostic tools and CitNOW where applicable.
• Complete service paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards; collaborate with the workshop team.
