Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Service, maintain, and repair a variety of vehicles, including VW and Renault models.
• Perform preventative maintenance checks and ensure all vehicles meet operational and safety standards.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.
• Work to set targets and deadlines to minimise vehicle downtime.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and report any major issues to the Transport Department.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Assist with additional tasks as required, including overtime when necessary.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role.
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
• Sound knowledge of various vehicle makes and models, including VW and Renault.
• Ability to work efficiently to targets and deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A relevant qualification in vehicle maintenance (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) is desirable.
• Full UK driving licence
