Job summary

Autotech Recruit is seeking a qualified Vehicle Technician to join a busy workshop in Basingstoke. The role offers a professional dealership environment with strong earning potential through an uncapped bonus scheme and clear progression.

You will service, diagnose, and repair customer vehicles to manufacturer standards, hold a Level 3 qualification, and possess a full UK driving licence. Monday to Friday work, with ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification is essential.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles.
• Perform vehicle health checks and diagnostics.
• Identify faults and complete repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Complete job cards and workshop documentation accurately.
• Work efficiently to achieve productivity and quality targets.
• Ensure all work follows health and safety procedures.
