Job summary

Autotech Recruit is seeking a qualified Vehicle Technician to join a busy workshop in Basingstoke. The role offers a professional dealership environment with strong earning potential through an uncapped bonus scheme and clear progression.

You will service, diagnose, and repair customer vehicles to manufacturer standards, hold a Level 3 qualification, and possess a full UK driving licence. Monday to Friday work, with ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Service Technician or Diagnostic Technician.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality workmanship and customer service.
