Monday Matters Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a reputable car dealership based in Diss, Norfolk, to recruit a skilled Vehicle Technician. The role offers a basic salary in the £35k–£45k range plus bonus, with hours Monday to Friday 8.30AM to 5.30PM and no weekend work.

You will diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles, ensuring workmanship meets manufacturer specifications. The successful candidate will have proven dealership experience, strong diagnostic skills, and good communication

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a dealership or similar environment.
Strong diagnostic skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
Knowledge of automotive systems, components, and vehicle repair techniques.
Excellent attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.
Effective communication with team members and customers.
Relevant certifications in vehicle repair and maintenance are desirable.

Responsibilities

Conduct diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
Provide high-quality service and repair work inline with manufacturer specifications.
Inspect and assess vehicle systems to identify issues and recommend solutions.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all work completed.
Collaborate with other technicians and service personnel to ensure seamless operations.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in vehicle technology.
