• ATA or NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Servicing and Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and servicing adhering to manufacturer standards
• Document all work accurately and ensure completion within specified timeframes
• Provide professional advice and deliver excellent customer service to clients
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
• Comply with health and safety regulations at all times
• Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians, promoting team development
