Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD in Manchester M32 is seeking a qualified Vehicle Technician to join a professional automotive workshop. The role offers Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm with a 1-hour lunch break and no weekend work, a salary of £30,000–£37,000, and 30 days' annual holiday in a well-equipped workshop with a strong focus on quality workmanship.

You will carry out servicing, routine maintenance and mechanical repairs across various makes and models, diagnose faults, and work on clutch, brake,

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Motor Mechanic.
• Level 2 or Level 3 automotive qualification preferred.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out servicing and routine maintenance.
• Completing mechanical repairs across various makes and models.
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults.
• Carrying out clutch, brake, suspension and timing belt work.
• Using diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults.
• Completing vehicle inspections and identifying additional work.
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.
