Job summary

Holdcroft Motor Group's Holdcroft Academy invites aspiring technicians to join a 30-month apprenticeship that leads to a Level 3 qualification. You’ll train hands-on on site across our dealerships, gaining real diagnostic and mechanical skills from day one.

You’ll be mentored by an experienced coach and a daily Buddy, with a guaranteed progression path into roles such as Master Technician or Service Manager upon completion.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths are essential.
• Logical, organised, and have great attention to detail.
• Driving license is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Learn through a 30-module apprenticeship plan across diagnostics, mechanics, and electrical systems.
• On-the-job training at Holdcroft dealerships with on-site coaching.
• Develop skills to become a Level 3 technician and progress within Holdcroft group.
