Group1 Automotive is hiring a Vehicle Technician (Mechanic) at Audi Southend. You will perform maintenance and repairs to high standards, with opportunities to learn new skills in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification.
Experienced Level 2 qualified technicians with a dealership background encouraged to apply.
Valid UK driving licence required.
MOT licence advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs following manufacturer standards.
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle components to assess wear and replacements.
Provide expert technical advice to customers with clear, professional communication.
Maintain exceptional customer service standards and foster trust.
Collaborate with service reception and workshop control for smooth workflow.
Support and guide fellow technicians in the workshop.
