Evans Halshaw’s Ford Lincoln division is seeking a Ford Technician to join the team in Lincoln. You will operate in a flexible 4-day pattern with salaries based on a 45-hour week, plus a £2,000 joining bonus.

The role demands Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent, and a full UK driving licence, with opportunities for training and progression. You’ll work with a supportive franchise leadership and access manufacturer training including EV qualifications, MOT, F-Gas, and other

Qualifications

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent is required.
• Experience performing cam belt and clutch replacements.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Strong knowledge of workshop safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles.
• Operate workshop equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work to high quality standards and meet productivity targets.
